Additional Business Internet Banking services

To make it easy for you to manage your money your way, you can access a diverse range of business banking services through Business Internet Banking:

  • Make payments including bills, BACS, CHAPS and international.
  • Make online payments to your credit card.
  • Amend/delete bill payment beneficiaries or specific bill/BACS payment references via manage payees function
  • Apply online for Overdrafts, Small Business Loans, Commercial Cards, and Savings Accounts (primary users only, subject to eligibility).
  • View at least 6 years’ historic statements for sterling business and savings accounts and download them as a PDF.
  • See commercial card balances, current transactions and the last 8 months‘ PDF statements for each card.
  • We’ve introduced new controls for Commercial Cards - Primary Users can now set limits on Commercial Cards to restrict where cards can be used, apply single transaction limits and also block certain types of transactions. To find out more, please go to HSBC Commercial Card.
  • Forward date payments and transfers up to 45 days in advance.
  • Stop cheques
  • Organise, amend and/or cancel standing orders.
  • View and cancel direct debits.
  • Change your business address and contact details.
  • Block, unblock or report your Debit or Credit Card as lost or stolen.
  • View, manage and make repayments to your Bounce Back Loan.
  • Amend business or commercial card facility limit and/or individual card limits.
  • Integrate your business bank account with your Sage Accounting software.

  • View activity for all users in the last twelve months.
