Changes to how we authenticate online card payments
Later this year, we’ll be changing the way we authenticate online card payments by adding an additional layer of security known as Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). This will help to protect your business and combat fraud. The changes mean that cardholders may be asked to provide additional authentication when making card payments online, and we’ll be introducing new ways to do this. Before we make these changes, we’ll contact all our Business and Corporate Card customers with further information and guidance.
