Eligibility Criteria
- No minimum turnover required to apply
- No requirement to have a Relationship Manager
- Available in GBP only
- Cannot support Property/Land development or purchases. Also cannot support the refinance of existing lending which was used to purchase property and/or land
- No requirement to open or maintain an HSBC Business Current Account unless a debenture or fixed charge over book and other debts is required
- Customers can apply for cash back from the Green SME Cashback Fund, if the loan supports an eligible purpose
- Lending is subject to credit status
Fees
- Arrangement fee – 1.5 per cent of total loan value i.e. £100,000 loan equals £1,500 fee
- Security fees – may be payable in order to take security
*You may apply for a capital repayment holiday for up to 24 months. Deferring capital repayments will increase the total interest charged and therefore the total amount payable over the full term of the loan. Following a capital repayment holiday, your repayments will be higher to ensure your loan will be repaid by the end of the term.
