Who regulates us?
The Financial Conduct Authority is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services, including insurance. We are authorised by the Prudential Regulatory Authority and regulated by the Prudential Regulatory Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority as an insurance intermediary.

Whose products do we promote and who will we introduce you to?
HSBC UK Bank plc, 1 Centenary Square, Birmingham, B1 1HQ, United Kingdom, 9928412 acts as an introducer to Allianz Trade. Under this arrangement HSBC UK can provide no advice, make any recommendations, or provide any guidance as to the stability of any product or service that may subsequently be provided by one of the third-party insurance partners as a result of any HSBC UK introduction. If you take out an insurance contract as a result of our introduction, we will receive payment from the partner, which will be either a percentage of the premium or of any fee that you pay.
For certain commercial insurance products, HSBC UK Bank Plc (“HSBC UK”) acts as insurance intermediary and promotes, and markets insurance products arranged by Arthur J Gallagher (“AJG”) and we introduce customers to AJG. Under these arrangements, HSBC UK provides no advice, makes any recommendations or provides any guidance as to the suitability of any insurance product or service that may subsequently be provided by AJG as a result of any promotion or marketing of an insurance product or any HSBC UK introduction.
What will you have to pay us?
No fee is charged by HSBC UK for promoting and marketing the commercial insurance products and introducing you to AJG. HSBC UK receives a commission from AJG in relation to any commercial insurance policy they arrange, which means that a percentage of the premium or of any fee that you pay is given to us.
What to do if you have a complaint about our services
Every effort is made to ensure that high standards are maintained. However, if you need to bring any matter to HSBC UK’s attention related to our promotion and marketing of commercial insurance products arranged by AJG, Allianz Trade or your introduction by HSBC UK to AJG or Allianz Trade, please:
