If your requirements have changed - for example if you wish to borrow a different amount, or you have new information such as winning a new contract or you have revised Cashflow forecasts, you will need to re-apply for lending with your updated requirements and supporting information.
The quickest route for your appeal to reach our appeals team is to complete and submit a Business Lending Appeal online application.
Alternatively, you can complete a Business Lending Appeal form(PDF,715KB) in your own time - either by printing and filling it in by hand, or by entering your information directly into the PDF form and then printing it. Please post the form within 21 days of the declined lending with any additional supporting information to: Customer Service Centre, BX8 2HB. If you’re sending from outside the UK or by courier, please send to HSBC, Abbey View, Penfold Drive, Wymondham, Norfolk, NR18 0WZ.
