Import application forms
Please note: With effect from 31 March 2021 we’ll only process applications for Buyer Loans if they’re submitted to us online using Internet Trade Services on HSBCnet. If you don’t use HSBCnet you’ll need to apply for an HSBCnet facility and request that Internet Trade Services be included in your profile. If you already use HSBCnet you’ll simply need to request the addition of the Internet Trade Services module to get you up and running.1
To progress either of the above options, please contact our Trade Client Services Team on 0800 783 1300 or you can email trade.direct@hsbc.com.2
1 If you already use HSBCnet, there’s no additional monthly fee for the use of the Internet Trade Services module. If you don’t currently use HSBCnet, other fees and charges may apply either now or in future, depending on your individual needs and how you plan to use the platform. We’ll confirm any charges when we set up the service for you.
2 We’re open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (subject to change). To help us improve our service, and in the interest of security, we may monitor and record your call
