Ian joined HSBC in 2004 and has spent over 20 years in a range of Commercial Banking roles including Corporate Relationship Director and Area Director for the West Midlands and Wales. He has extensive experience in supporting customers and leading teams. He is passionate about growth through relationships and was instrumental in the formation of HSBC’s Commercial Broker proposition.
Head of SME Sales and Performance
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the Banking industry and joined HSBC UK in 2015. Having spent many years as a successful Relationship Manager and Regional Leader, he has extensive experience in supporting customers achieve growth in SME Business Banking market. Chris has been involved in the creation of HSBCs Commercial Brokerage proposition since its inception and is passionate about partnering with Brokers to help businesses grow.
Head of Corporate Sales and Performance
Carmella has over 15 years’ Banking and Financial Services experience. Much of her career spent structuring working capital facilities and working alongside intermediaries and business professionals, across the UK market. Joining HSBC UK Mid-Market team in 2018, she joined HSBC Commercial Brokerage in 2025 and leads on the Broker Proposition for Mid-Market customers nationally.
