HSBC receives 2026 Coalition Greenwich Awards

HSBC has been recognised as part of the 2026 Coalition Greenwich Awards, reflecting feedback gathered directly from UK mid-sized corporates.

We were recognised as Best Bank in the United Kingdom in the Commercial Banking category, and first as Share Leader across UK categories in Commercial and Corporate Banking, reflecting market-leading share.

HSBC’s product capabilities were also recognised, including awards for Share Leader for Corporate Cash Management Market Penetration in Europe (UK) and Best Bank in Corporate Foreign Exchange (Global).

Crisil Coalition Greenwich feedback highlighted HSBC’s performance across key areas, including:

• High customer satisfaction, with market-leading NPS across citations
• Strong relationship quality across key relationship dimensions
• Strategic thinking, leadership and relationship management, supported by a strong understanding of clients’ international needs
• A disciplined credit approach, with competitive pricing and strong product cross-sell
• Senior management support, ease of doing business, and a benchmark digital experience
• Proactive engagement with corporates on sustainability topics

The Coalition Greenwich 2026 Awards for Europe Corporate Banking, Cash Management and FX are based on interviews with senior finance decision-makers – including CFOs, finance directors, and group treasurers – at corporates with annual turnover exceeding £500 million.

The UK Commercial Banking awards are based on interviews at corporations and financial institutions with sales less than £500 million across the United Kingdom.

The Share Leader award is given to banks with the highest market penetration, measured by the percentage of companies that consider them a relevant partner across product lines.

The Best Bank award is based on the Greenwich Quality Index (GQI), which assesses customer-perceived quality by identifying the strongest performers.
