From 14 December 2026, we’ll be making some changes to our Business Price List.
If you're an existing customer, we'll contact you directly about these changes between now and 14 October 2026. You can read the Notice of Variation now if you like as its available on our Legal page.
If you bank with us through more than one business entity, you'll receive a separate communication for each one before 14 October 2026. They may arrive at different times because we're sending them based on how the changes are expected to affect each entity.

Free UK digital banking means day-to-day standard electronic transfers made through Business Internet Banking and HSBC UK Business Banking app are free. Other charges apply e.g. cheques and CHAPS. See Business Price List for details. Subject to application, eligibility, credit check and T&Cs.

Commercial cards - After the initial 12 month period, the annual fee for each Commercial Card is £32. Commercial Cards are available for you and your employees (subject to status).
Top-up from an external account is an optional service available to primary users via Business Internet Banking and the HSBC UK Business Banking app. You must sign-up and accept separate terms and conditions to top-up from an external account; HSBC uses a third-party software provider, Token.io Ltd, to deliver this feature.
Connected Accounts is an optional service available to primary users via Business Internet Banking. You must sign-up and accept separate terms and conditions to use Connected Accounts. After sign-up, connected accounts can also be viewed in the HSBC UK Business Banking app; HSBC uses a third-party software provider, Token.io Ltd, to deliver this feature.
HSBC UK Business Banking app - Easily access a wide range of business services 24/7, subject to planned maintenance periods. You can deposit any number of cheques daily via the app up to a maximum of £5000. Individually, none can exceed £2000.
