When you are logged onto Business Internet Banking, a 'time out' warning message similar to the one shown below will appear one minute before you are due to timeout. This is to warn that your secure session will end within 60 seconds unless you select 'Yes'.

Please note that this warning message will not appear if pop-ups are blocked. For instructions on how to enable pops-ups, please refer to your internet browser service provider.

    To apply in branch you must be: a signatory on your current bank mandate, nominated by the business to have full access to the service (Primary User), and able to provide your driving license or passport and a recent utility bill
